Homemade Garlic Parmesan Croutons



  • Leftover bread (french loaf, dinner rolls, sandwich bread, etc.)

Not sure what to do with your leftover or slightly stale bread? No matter what kind of bread you have, you can make delicious homemade croutons in under 20 minutes with Hongar Farms Garlic Parmesan Oil. Here's how:

Cut your leftover bread into small cubes, about 3/4 - 1 inch thick and add to a large mixing bowl. Make sure you shake the Hongar Farms Garlic Parmesan Oil well before using, then drizzle on the bread pieces in the bowl and toss everything together until all the pieces are lightly coated in the oil.

Transfer the bread to a sheet pan and broil in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, flipping all pieces at the halfway point (about 4 minutes) so one side does not burn or get too browned. 

Set aside to cool for a few minutes and presto! Homemade croutons to enjoy on a creamy Caesar salad or in a decedent Tomato Basil Soup.
